26 CAVALIADA 2021 Ladies and Gentlemen! I am glad CAVALIADA Winter Tour 2021 will take place despite the restrictions resulting from the coronavirus pandemic. This year's formula of this event is a show jumping competition, which we will be able to watch online and on TV. This prestigious competition will surely bring together many excellent riders. Poland has beautiful traditions in the history of this equestrian discipline, and Poles are famous for their love and admiration for horses. Eques- trian sports are not only the beauty that we can see in the extraordinary partnership and understanding between humans and animals, but also a great educa- tional value. I am glad that many young people still want to have contact with horses and to practice horse riding. I am convinced that Poznan will host the best competi- tors who will strive to continue the successes of their predecessors, thus ensuring a very high sports level of the event. I wish all participants and viewers many great impres- sions and positive emotions that are always provided by the beauty of horses, the elegance of the riders and their excellent cooperation on the way to victory.
